Well I finally got around to making a blog but I only have about one more week in Japan. Oh, well I guess I’ll get to tell every one about what I remember when I get back. So to start on a semi random not:
Things around here are getting a little over whelming. I have 2 speeches left to write, both in Japanese of course. Its kinda strange though, for the first time I feel like I wont have enough time up there on the stage to say everything I want to, not to mention I still have a lot of trouble speaking a different language. Despite that I think I know what I want to write, and weather it turns out how I expect it to or not, I hope people will understand what I mean. My time here in Japan really meant a lot to me, however short it was. The most frustrating thing though is still not being able to really express myself in Japanese so I might be a little talkative when I get back. (‘donnto maindo’)
The other big thing thats going on is the AFS (the foriegn extange program I’m with) Final Party. I’ve actuly gotten really attached to some of the other AFSers here. I don’t know if its because we’ve been thrown into a strange new exprience together or because we all really love Japan, but its really cool being able to talk to all these different people from all over the world. This weekend might be the last time we ever see some of the people here so hopefuly it will be a party to remember. I know some of my friends and I have been working really hard on the songs were going to play together, so thats something I’m really looking forward to.
5 months is no where long enough.
